Thermomix Asparagus Quiche

Thermomix Asparagus Quiche

Good morning, here’s what I prepared last night for dinner: the asparagus quiche!

Asparagus has been rediscovered in recent years; I wasn’t crazy about them before, but now I enjoy them.

Since I had a bunch to use immediately, I wanted to experiment with this quiche and the result was more than great, in fact, we finished it immediately.

It’s possible to substitute the cooking cream with ricotta as I did.

It’s really good, but above all, it’s quick, I recommend it and hope you like it!

I leave you with the recipe for the Thermomix asparagus quiche.

See you for the next recipe!
