Thermomix Strawberry jam

Thermomix Strawberry jam

Strawberry jam is one of my favorite jams, I always prepare a few more jars to enjoy strawberries all year round.

I find it excellent to spread either on bread or biscuits, in the morning for breakfast.

The recipe is simple to prepare and it only takes 3 ingredients (strawberries, sugar and lemon) and it doesn’t have thickeners and pectin.

If pasteurized, the jars also last for one year if closed tightly.

I leave you with the recipe for the thermomix strawberry jam.

See you for the next recipe!
