Thermomix Beef chili

Thermomix Beef chili

Here we are again with a new week in front of us and leaving behind the celebration days.

The recipe that I propose today, is one of my favorite dishes: meat chili, tested a month or so ago, during a whole Mexican evening, really delicious.

A tip: the doses that I put for the aromas are purely personal, so you have the pleasure to choose, for the meat, on the other hand, I noticed that minced meat tends to “get undone”, alternatively you can use some diced beef.

I leave you with the recipe for the thermomix beef chili.

See you for the next recipe!
