Thermomix Chocolate chip muffins
Good morning, new week and new recipe, this time a dessert to start the day.
I was stunned when I discovered that I had not yet posted the recipe for muffins with chocolate chips, made them over and over again, really simple and fast.
They are a perfect sweet treat if you want something sweet and little time available, ideal for a dessert after dinner.

Thermomix Chocolate chip muffins
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 100 ml milk
- 75 gr sugar
- 200 gr plain wheat flour
- 16 gr baking powder
- 75 gr chocolate chip
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the jug except the chocolate chips, mix: 1 min. speed 4.

Add the drops, mix: 30 sec. Reverse at speed 4.

Coat a muffin plate with paper cups and fill them for 2/3.

Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for about 15-20 minutes (do the toothpick test).

Allow to cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve... Buon appetito!
Notes
I used this baking powder.
