Hello everyone and here is one of most famous appetisers in Italy, tuna deviled eggs.


Usually, it’s a recipe typical of the Eater times, but it can be made thorough the year and this recipe comes directly form my grandma’s cooking book!

I used fresh eggs that a friend of my mother who has hens gave me and to prepare the filling I used the classic mayonnaise made with thermomix.
Wonderful!

Thermomix Tuna deviled eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 160 gr tuna (canned)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 80/100 gr mayonnaise

Instructions

    Shell the hard-boiled eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and place them in the jug.

    Add mayonnaise, drained tuna and capers, blend: 30 sec. speed 7.

  3. 3

    Spread the mixture obtained on the whites that were put aside.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately, otherwise keep refrigerated until ready to serve... Buon appetito!
